I engaged SteamForce to clean a house. My objective was clearly communicated - I wanted the housecleaned to prepare for sale. On completion and inspection, some of the results were sub-standard - the floor was still dirty, bathroom floors were filmy and windows/mirrors streaky. While he touched up some items upon inspection, Frank's response was "that wasn't included and you'll have to pay extra for that". An example of this was the floors. After he'd said he cleaned them, I took a dry paper towel and wiped them - you can seethe result in the attached photo. Frank's reponse was that if I wanted them any cleaner than that, I'd have to pay for a complete floor scrub at $1-1.50 a square foot (about $2000) I hired SteamForce to clean a house for sale, but now it looks like I'll have to either do it myself or engage another cleaner to complete the cleaning. Disappointing

Pricing depends on the size, condition, and scope of the job. Photos are usually enough for me to provide an estimate, and pricing is always discussed upfront before work begins

I start by discussing what you need and reviewing photos of the property when possible. From there, I'll provide an estimate, schedule the job, and make sure we agree on the scope before getting started

I have over five years of hands-on experience cleaning and restoring heavily used commercial spaces and kitchens. That experience taught me how to tackle grease, buildup, neglected surfaces, and detail-heavy cleaning
