I had three solar quotes and Jason Armstrong at Solarcity by far had the best explanation and price matched a competitor for the win. Everything went as planned, APS took their sweet time with a few documents but all in all was a great experience!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we charge per kWh and he panels are free. You simply buy electricity from Solarcity instead of APS our your utility provider. we also have 5 other plans available such as owning the panels instead of leasing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set an appointment to visit with them in their home and collect electricity usage. Then I answer questions and leave them information and a very nice proposal for our services. By the time I am done they are educated on what solar can do and what it cannot do!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a solar expert, been in the business for over 4 years now and have learned all the ins and outs of the industry!
