- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it varies from $12-25/meal per person for home meals and more for special events depending upon the customers request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just intuitively get the feel of what kind of food the customer and family enjoy when I meet them and ask as well as suggest the kind of food they can expect. I create a menu for them and when they approve I give them the quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my family had a great cook and I learned from her as a child growing up. She especially showed me how to make food tasty and I also have a knack for it.
