I put a lot of loving energy into my cooking. I use fresh and natural ingredients only if not organic. The flavor of fresh produce stands out because I don't use too many spices . Simple but very flavorful. A client once told me that her family loves my cooking because it feels good in their tummy. That was the best compliment I think because I always like to cook for health and wellnessi The creativity it allows me especially when I make something healthy and yummy. I also love it when I make a lovely dish out of what is available.

it varies from $12-25/meal per person for home meals and more for special events depending upon the customers request.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just intuitively get the feel of what kind of food the customer and family enjoy when I meet them and ask as well as suggest the kind of food they can expect. I create a menu for them and when they approve I give them the quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my family had a great cook and I learned from her as a child growing up. She especially showed me how to make food tasty and I also have a knack for it.
