Angel was quick to respond to my request for help. We have an alarm system that was installed by another company years ago and has been problematic from day 1. We constantly had false alarms and of course it would always be 2 AM. My wife and I had enough and heard about Angel from a friend. We decided to give him a call and he was quick to get us on the schedule to get the issues resolved. He was in our house for 30 minutes and determined the issues and how to solve them. He made 2 calls and had the parts needed to fix our alarm the next morning. We now have a functioning alarm system that does not wake us up in the middle of the night. We just recently switched our monitoring to Elev8 after our contract ended with the other company and could not be happier. It is comforting knowing that we have a direct line to the owner of this company and recommend him to all of our friends and neighbors, he always reaches out to us when we recommend a new client to him and offers us discounts and asks us if we need anything.

5 stars all the way around. One I got a quick response, Elev8 was at my home within 48 hours. The quote that was given was what I was charged. We have lived in our home for 10 years with the same system and it never had the surround sound quality it has now. We had a few problems and the answer I got was no problem we can fix that and they did!! Thank you Elev8.

Positive Experience. Our technician Angel was very professional and respectful. He went out of his way to make sure we understood the systems that were installed in our home and business. At this stage, we often request photographs of the designated work area to help us prepare for an in-depth evaluation. Following this, we schedule an on-site walk-through with the client to gather detailed project requirements and discuss any specific considerations.
