About this pro
8 years in business
Adams Automotive has been the only repair shop I've ever wanted to go to. Anthony was the first shop to recognize that the frame on my Toyota pickup from back East was rusted through and literally dangerous to drive. He called around and found out Toyota had extended the warranty to 15 years and was using it to buy back the defective vehicles. The local Toyota dealer inspected my truck and confirmed that it was unsafe to drive. So unsafe that they wouldn't let me leave with it; they put in one of their rentals, paid for by Toyota. Anthony then helped me select another used vehicle with the Toyota payout. He saved me from buying several bad vehicles that looked all right. So once again he saved me a ton of money, not to mention headaches. With their free inspections and written estimates, it would be crazy to go anywhere else.Dec 27, 2015

Adams Automotive goes above and beyond when it comes to making their customers happy. I would not take our family vehicles anywhere else. Customer service is friendly and professional, and their knowledge and expertise is a breath of fresh air! Can't say enough about them!Jul 31, 2014

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?A customer should always feel that they can ask questions and get an honest answer. We prioritize all items for you so you know what to expect now and in the future. Our focus is always on safety first and preventative maintenance. You should always leave our office feeling that all your questions have been answered.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project? Our business sponsors a Little League team and two YMCA basketball teams every year. Often Anthony and Danielle also coach these teams. Anthony has been coaching little league for eight years and looks forward to baseball season and coaching youth. The kids really enjoy his knowledge about baseball. We participate in food drives, toy drives, and other events to help out the community. We are also active with Frontier Days Rodeo Prescotts Pride and Joy. Danielle chaired the Corporate Hospitality Center in 2012 and Adams Automotive was also a sponsor. Anthony is active as a volunteer in all aspects from hanging signage, to assisting with the Wild Horse Race. We also participate in the Christmas Parade which is a great Prescott tradition! We have chaired the annual car club shows from Mile High Middle School in 2013 and will be doing it again this year. It raises thousands of dollars for the school and is the main source of income for the PTA. Danielle also serves on the PTA board at Mile High Middle School; this is her third year on the board. We have chaired and cooked the Spaghetti Dinner for Lincoln School Elementary School for the past 5 years also the schools biggest fundraiser. We have donated gift certificates to several organizations that have done fundraising for the Granite Mountain Hot Shot 19, Lions Club, Sheriff Posse Scholarship foundation, Turkey and Wildlife Federation just to name a few. We have helped several families in need with free or reduced pricing on their vehicles. It pays to give!
