I really liked the staff I spoke to and Derek that I saw in person. Very professional, polite and informative. We were not able to hire them because the price of cleaning one single story dryer vent and duct was $500. We were able to get this done by a professional local reputable company for $198

Sales hype. Just wanted a quick quote to hook up a mini-split. Easy peasy job. They called within 2 minutes and wanted to send a tech to "evaluate" the job and charge $99 for the visit on top of likely a significant expense to put in something that a DIY could do. Not worth calling them for a simple job a handyman can do.

Arizona summers are HOT! My Mastercool evaporative cooler took a dump and 3 providers said the were booked for 2 months. I found Pitzer's One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating on Angie's List. They scheduled me for the same day. Juan arrived 2 hours before my scheduled appointment and diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in a couple of hours. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I live in a rural area where many service providers won't even come; One day service is next to impossible. Do not hesitate to call Pitzers. Thanks Juan

All of our repair and replacement pricing is pre-printed on our Pricing Guides. Unlike some other companies, we don't makeup pricing depending on how much we think we can charge. We offer a discount on repairs for those customers who are members of our maintenance plan. On occasion, depending on the difficulty of install, schedule availability and other factors there can be discounts given for replacements. The bottom line is you will know in advance how much something is going to cost prior to any work being performed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we believe in taking the time to fully understand the customer’s current system, any problems or issues, as well as walking the customer through our recommendations.
Take comfort in knowing, you can book an appointment during a timeframe that best fits your busy schedule.
