- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My team and I provide free consultations in your home to discuss your needs, plan the work process, review rates, and answer any questions you may have. New customers will pay only $35 per hour for the first 3 hours of work, and after that the rates are $40 and $50 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide free consultations in your home to discuss your needs, plan the work process, review rates, and answer any questions you may have, and you can tell us when you would like the job done. When we arrive, we can work with you, do the entire job ourselves, or provide 'homework' assignments you can complete between visits. We prefer that you are available by text, phone or in person in case we have any questions while we are working with your belongings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Organizing and downsizing can be difficult and emotional for some people, especially if they are moving into a smaller home and need to let go of some possessions. We work with compassion, patience, acceptance, and understanding with all of our clients. Maryanne, the owner, is able to help people get through difficult times, memories, and prepare for the future, due to her licenses as a professional counselor.
