We had 3 wool area rugs dusted and cleaned by AZ Oriental. They look and smell great now, and customer service and communication by this company was truly exceptional. They are passionate and knowledgeable about rug care. Experts in my opinion, and I recommend them without hesitation.

My oriental carpet looks brand new. The colors are vivid once more. I didnt realize how dull the carpet had gotten. I wont wait this long to have them clean it again. They did a great job.
Arizona Oriental Rug & Carpet Care's reply
Thank you so much! It’s amazing how much a professional cleaning can bring those beautiful colors back to life. We’re so glad you’re happy with the results and truly appreciate you trusting us with your rug!

Very thorough staff. The whole cleaning process was explained to me before hand. They did an excellent job overall though the rug is still wrapped because we are moving soon so didnt want to unwrap it. But I feel very confident that they did a great job.

Fantastic experience! I brought in an expensive rug that was heavily saturated with puppy urine, and they treated it with great care. It came back beautifully cleaned, bad odor gone and the turnaround was very quick. Everyone in the office was friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend!
Arizona Oriental Rug & Carpet Care's reply
Thank you so much for the kind words! We know how stressful it can be when a special rug has a pet accident, so we’re really glad we could get it clean, fresh, and odor-free for you. Thank you for trusting our team with your rug cleaning—we truly appreciate your business and recommendation!
