About
I just moved to Prescott and I’m new to the community but I bring with me quality and integrity something that is hard to come by these days, something my dad thought me, always do the best job no matter the difficulty. I am offering handyman services and minor to mid size electrical work since I do not currently have the equipment to handle larger jobs at the moment. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and grow in this community.

Robert is a real professional, both him and his helper arrived on time with all of the required materials. They work fast and quietly, clean up was perfect. The new service panel looks good and works as expected.

RLV replaced my electrical service panel and rewired a portion of my home's circuits. RLV offers professional competence at a fair price. Good communication, Robert explains things well. If site allowed 4.5. that would be my vote. I give very few 5s for anything. Crew was rushed at the end of the day replacing the service panel and did a sloppy job labeling circuits. They corrected this when they returned to rewire some circuits. Overall very pleased with their work and the experience.

Robert was always on top of things... even with the challenges of the job. The fan turned out to be defective and he went out on a Sunday to replace the defective one with a good one (it was not his fault)... and identified s few other concerns and took care of them as well - easy to deal with. He met me to return the defective fan at Lowes after a job and did everything to accommodate me and my tenant. Highly recommend his services.

My project relocated a front porch light and added lighting in my back yard. In the back yard I added two lampposts and two floodlights and replaced two wall sconces. The project required new concrete footings for the lampposts, trenching and adding a new circuit to power them. It also required new floodlights to be mounted to second story roof eaves and wired for power. A porch chandelier that was hung from the second story roof was replaced with a recessed light in a soffit lower and closer to the front door. Robert came out to discuss my project and surveyed the site. He listened to what I wanted and we discussed some potential obstacles and solutions. After I selected RLV Electric, we talked and agreed on a start date. Robert's knowledge of construction enabled him to identify potential issues that might come up and potential solutions to them. This allowed us to have contingency plans in place before work started. He and his crew showed up at the appointed time and started work. As expected when moving and extending circuits in an existing house, the crew ran into a few issues fishing wires and working with existing electrical boxes but he was able to show them how to address them in ways that required no new holes in the walls and no patching to do! Overall, I am very happy with the results.
