After several bad experiences, I finally found a great HVAC company. Quality work on every job I needed them to complete.
Thomas did a beautiful job installing my through-the-wall air conditioner. I have an old house and the broken one that needed replacing was insufficiently installed. He kept me in the loop on all the necessary steps and what my options were.

I contacted First Opinion Air late on a Saturday and Thomas responded really fast regarding my ac problems and He came by the next day gave me a quote which was pretty fair and I had him fix my problem with the AC…within couple of hours the AC was back to its working condition and the house feels way better..! Every home is different and every job should be professionally diagnosed and analyzed to make sure nothing is unaccounted for. Pricing will vary in a wide range depending on the circumstances and what will be required to make sure everything is done the right way.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always want to assess what's going on before giving any final pricing. The first step just making sure everything is thoroughly assessed in person. After that, options will be presented in a way that makes sense to everyone involved. If we're hired for a job, we'll make it the most seamless process of completing and satisfying a customer's needs for the benefit of their homes heating and cooling system and their families comfort and reassurance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 15 years of residential and commercial experience working in all types of situations from single-family homes to multi-family new construction projects.
