Viking Maintenance Services has been providing high quality commercial cleaning services for over 35 years! All the while we have tried to live by the motto, "We don't cut corners, we clean them!"
Viking Maintenance has been serving in the cleaning industry since 1989. The owner/operator is a former development engineer who cleaned in college and later started the business while working on his M.B.A. He has carried over his exactness and attention to detail into the cleaning industry.
Viking Cleaning believes in training its own employees first. They are trained how to clean, recognize problems, and communicate with the customer first. They understand the importance of safety, different security needs, and quality of work they perform.
Viking Cleaning has the expertise to clean facilities of all sizes. Our accounts range from large production plants to small business offices.
It is truly a joy working with other people! I look forward to and appreciate the friendships and relationship that are forged as we serve our community. There is a satisfaction and almost a calming peace that comes when an office or building is clean and orderly at the close of a project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Much of the prices provided are a base per service price. However our final pricing is always in a monthly amount. The best way to receive a complete and relevant quote is for a Viking representative to make an onsite visit to assess the facility needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we perform a site walk of the job-site/bldg and based off the needs of the bldg/customer, we provide a relevant price quote. Once we receive a signed price agreement, which is typically a month to month agreement, we place the project on our schedule. We then match one of our many cleaning crews who best fit the needs of the customer/project at hand. The day after the initial cleaning service one of our Quality Assurance Reps will contact the customer to ensure satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have a Bachelors in Business Administration, with a minor in Spanish. All of our employees are trained in modern cleaning techniques which include use of "green" products and methods.
