charging for an estimate is a scam. charging $125 for a 10 min estimate is robbery. this company preys on the fact that your inbox gets bombarded w companies and they can con you into paying an estimate fee. there was no communication from the company acknowledging or explaining this fee til they were about to leave my house. when the sales rep asked for payment he said “yeah the website makes us charge a fee” which is a lie because i had multiple other companies give me quotes and not a single one charged me a penny. no contract was made or signed. this was solely based on our estimate experience only.
