Math Tutoring, Technical Writing, Editing, Book...

Math Tutoring: I was a Mathematics major in college, with a Secondary Education minor. I obtained a high school Mathematics teaching certificate in Vermont and taught there for a year before moving into the corporate world. I am passionate about math and enjoy helping students "get it" on a one-on-one basis. Technical Writing & Editing: I was a Technical Writer/Editor for six years and a Curriculum Writer/Editor for two, followed by almost four years as a Proposal Writer. I have a keen attention to detail and am a bit obsessive about quality. As an editor, I can help with grammar, sentence structure, etc., but also with the overall flow of your documents. As a technical writer, I have a knack for translating technical language into easily understood, strategic content. Bookkeeping: I worked for two doctors for 6 years and used Quickbooks to keep track of their books. Math Tutoring: I am passionate about math and enjoy helping students "get it" on a one-on-one basis. Technical Writing & Editing: I love language and enjoy making written content easier to read and absorb. Bookkeeping: I'm love math, so of course I love bookkeeping too!
