We are professional residential painters. We do interior/exterior. We offer the best prices, quality service, and 100% satisfaction. Below, you will find the steps that we follow to give you the customer the best paint job. For exterior, we do the following: 1. Power wash the entire home/building: You need a clean surface to paint. 2. Trenching: We rake back loose rock and soil by foundation, so we can paint below grade. 3. Masking: We mask off all unpainted surfaces such as your windows, doors or patio flooring. 4. Foundation: We scrap and apply a coat of DRYLOK, a type of waterproofing primer that helps keep your foundation from peeling in the future. 5. Scraping: All loose paint is scraped from your stucco, eves, fascia, and wherever else it's peeling. 6. Stucco Repairs: All cracks in your stucco are repaired with elastomeric stucco patch. 7. Caulking: We caulk all windows, doors and wherever we need to.

We had the exterior of our home painted and a couple rooms inside, and our new baseboards and trim. Ed did a great job, worked around our schedule, was kind to our kids - I have four I homeschool, so they love to watch and ask tons of questions, so it's always important to me when we hire a professional how they handle my kids being around. Our house looks great, at a great price.

The preliminary price is just to give you an idea of what similar jobs have cost. We like to see the projects to give an accurate price because the homeowners may need a lot of repairs or very little repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
