One properly applied good quality spray will work, but we added more protection for you with 2 more zones in case you have conducive areas, such as moist grasses, shrubs, trees. Started service at a new home after discovering that from the move some extra bugs were brought along. They worked really well to explain the treatment plan and to make sure that the chemicals would be safe around a pregnant mommy. When more bugs were being found they came back and treated again. They arrived within 15 minutes of the time they said they would be there and stayed until the job was done. They have continued to provide service over the past month to work on solving the problem as they said they would. Well keep using them to maintain the house and keep all the bugs (spiders and ants) gone too. We love the small company as you get the same person every time who is aware of what has been done and what precautions need to be taken.

All pesticides and even Green can be unsafe if it is not applied safely by a trained pest control technician. Eric has 31+ years in the industry who will always put safety first for our customers. I was having a scorpion problem at my house. I'd seen them in the bathroom, washing machine, hallway and even got stung in my bed! Eric came out to CG and took care of everything. He even took the time to explain what products he was using and what he was doing. Excellent work and prompt response.

Eric was great! He took the time to explain all about bugs… Not my favorite subject but it was interesting. He certainly knows his business, he took the time to explain his procedure and findings. I haven't seen a bug yet! I would not hesitate to hire him

I called last minute needing pest control and during a weekend of all days. I received a fast quote and they were able to schedule me right away. Friendly and knowledgeable plus took the time to explain preventative treatment options going forward. Eric took a good amount of time applying the products and with my questions. I will use them going forward for monthly spraying to keep the pest out of our home. Reasonable cost for start up and for continued service, no contract.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General Pest Control price is dependent upon service you require. We do a time service, monthly, and bi monthly. We do have some quarterly services, but only for customers who do not have scorpions. I do not recommend quarterly if your having pest issues and especially scorpions, as they are difficult to warranty as even our excellent products we use break down in 30 daya. Also size of your home and property size is how we determine price per month, Bi-Monthly or Quarterly. We have special services for rodents, bees/wasps, bed bugs, German roach infestations as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with educating our customers on pesticide safety, inspection of property so we can keep them updated on any new pest issues that may be happening on their property. By always inspecting as I service can help keep a small issue from becoming a bigger issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year I am required for Education hours to stay up to date withe the law - rules regulation of pesticide laws. Continued education of all aspects of general pest control and vector control.
