I want to thank Jay Godfrey for his prompt response to a call to help our neighbor, a 92 year old widow, with her "squeaky" garage door. Grace asked for the number for Iconic after seeing the Iconic vehicle in our neighborhood. Jay, troubleshot our garage door which was installed 2/17. The motherboard wasn't working so he installed a new opener which even has a camera notifying me when the door is opened.

I was not in town and some family was staying at our home. Iconic Garage doors responded quickly and communicated every step of the way. Logan was our installer and he was the best! Called me 10 times over a 2 hour install to inform me what was happening and what changes they needed to make due to unforeseen issues. Over all I was very happy with the whole process and I would hire them again. They are a little pricey but after having to do this long distance and the warranty they offer, I would say they were worth it.

We offer many discounts please ask the tech for any current specials. *$200 off double door *$100 off single door *$50 off any repair (with purchase of parts) *$125 off whisper quiet belt drive 3/4 HP liftmaster opener *10% off senior, veterans, first responders, teachers!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We answer our phones 24/7 we offer a free inspection and estimate. We keep our trucks fully stocked to offer same-day repairs most of the time. Our techs are courteous, & we will always give you the minimum estimate to fix your door.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our techs are certified with continuous training in both product/install knowledge & customer service. Our techs can handle anything from standard doors to high lift big commercial repairs. You name it, if it has to do with a garage door, we know it.
