The responsiveness and punctuality are definitely of grave concern. 4 of the 8 days hired he either did not show or was more than an hour late to arrive. Suggestion would be to complete the job at hand and move on to next customer, not keep customers detained for unspecified amount of time.
Only 2/3 of the projects that I hired the individual for were completed. After that point the contractor did not return to complete the work requested, nor did he return my calls or text messages when I inquired on the status of the unfinished work. Suggest that only jobs able to be completed bid on, not jobs that will not be completed.
In the future I know not to pay the contractor until the entire work is complete. I would not hire this contractor again.
