Garette came out to do our inspection and was extremely thorough. Found things on home that we would have never caught that we later were able to come to resolutions with the home seller. Peace of mind to use Upspect's services to make sure you are buying a home without major issues. After the inspection Garette provided very useful recommendations on getting things resolved.

The Upspect inspector took us through the house and outside to the exterior and explained what he checked for and what he found. He also answered various questions my husband asked and sent us his report later that evening at the time he said he would. He was professional and friendly. Upspect also provided us with a digital home binder where we can keep all our information for the house in one place. I would use them again.
