When I hired Tina by mail I explained that I was recovering from major surgery and unable to do much of my home cleaning. I needed showers and floors cleaned and general dusting and vacuuming. When she got to my home she commented how clean it was and I said I hoped she brought good cleaning products to do the showers. She worked on the master shower for a while and when I checked it did not seem well done at all. She said the water stains would not come off. She did not tell me this before beginning. I then realized she was using the same water in her bucket over and over again and it did not do a good cleaning job. She hardly touched the guest bathroom which hadn't been used much and did not have a lot of water stains so no excuse for not doing a good job. In general I found her cleaning to be hit and miss. I paid her $85 for about 1 1/2 hours of her "cleaning." I sent her an email and said how dissatisfied I was and she wrote back that she would refund my $85 because I wasn't satisfied. I said I did not expect her to work for nothing but I did feel a refund of $35 would be fitting and she agreed. Well, needless to say, the $35 was never received so her word was about as bad as her cleaning. I read all her reviews before I hired her and cannot understand why she could not give me a good job. I explained I was an 80 year old senior citizen and I am on a very limited income. I had planned on having her every 3 weeks to keep up the maintenance, but that will not happen now. I also hired a carpet cleaner through Thumbtack and he had come the week before. He did an excellent job and I was very pleased. He worked very hard and I gave him a good tip over his regular charge. I would hire him again. I had to tackle showers and floors all over again and this was very difficult for me being in recover.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I do give round off quotes its not strickly by the hour and i know most will charge per hour straight. I cAn give a quote for overall til done. Also EXPERIENCE its a must please do you homework when looking for a good cleaner...
