Condition Guidelines Failure to tell us an accurate condition may result in (1) not enough time for your service, (2) an onsite price increase, or (3) an onsite cancelation with fee. Heavy Duty Condition Noticeable build up of dust. Heavy to medium hard water spots. Heavy to medium build up on surfaces. Some possible stained surfaces. Average to Good Condition Medium to light dust build up. Medium to light hard water spots. No stained surfaces. No clutter. Has been cleaned within the last four weeks. Good to Great Condition The house has been kept up and professionally cleaned within the last 30 days (people looking to switch house cleaning services). Exclusions The following conditions will not be serviced, including conditions that are similar or equal to the conditions listed. Do not book if any of these conditions exist within the home or an onsite cancelation and $100 cancel fee will be charged.
