Maid in Arizona is an Arizona based cleaning company. We provide residential and vacation rental cleaning services. We recognize that the outward appearance is the window dressing therefore as an added service we offer laundry and dry cleaning services, home organization and rental properties. Condition Guidelines Failure to tell us an accurate condition may result in (1) not enough time for your service, (2) an onsite price increase, or (3) an onsite cancelation with fee. Heavy Duty Condition Noticeable build up of dust. Heavy to medium hard water spots. Heavy to medium build up on surfaces. Some possible stained surfaces. Average to Good Condition Medium to light dust build up. Medium to light hard water spots. No stained surfaces. No clutter. Has been cleaned within the last four weeks. Good to Great Condition The house has been kept up and professionally cleaned within the last 30 days (people looking to switch house cleaning services). Exclusions The following conditions will not be serviced, including conditions that are similar or equal to the conditions listed. Do not book if any of these conditions exist within the home or an onsite cancelation and $100 cancel fee will be charged. This is a great maid service. Not only were they friendly but the quality of work was of the utmost excellence. I am so glad that I found this pro today. We needed to do move-out cleaning and these ladies were so awesome!! So accommodating to do a work on Saturday night. In addition to that, quality of the work, I mean they don’t cut corners. They spent 4 hours to clean my residence and it’s like a brand new one again. I wish I knew them before. Most of our estimates are just that estimates. Pricing fluctuates based on the condition of the home and what the clients needs are. Discounts are given for services that are outside of our general cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our customers. This allows the customer to get to know us and build a rapport. After all you are inviting us into your home. We consider that an honor and we take pride in delivering services that are client specific.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a nurse for 12 years. My partner has been in IT for just as long. I recognize the importance of maintaining a home that is aesthetically pleasing. That our attention to detail and client satisfaction is more important than monetary benefits.
