I purchased this service for my wife’s birthday and she was totally stunned! The quality of work was in a league of its own and it was done timely and very professionally. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive, but my work will shows it’s worth it. I provide all my own equipment and supplies. We have a discount for reoccurring clients for biweekly/by monthly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I inquire exactly what it is that they’re looking for then I informed them of our pricing and everything that is included. I provide a list of everything that we clean for that price. At that point, they’re welcome to add anything that I did not mention for an additional price. I let them know that we provide all of our own supplies and equipment unless they prefer me to use their products and cleaning supplies.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always enjoyed cleaning and organizing. I was always a friend who helped clean everybody’s home. When I became a single Mom I needed to figure out how to support my family as well as have enough time to be a mom. I decided to start my own cleaning business so that I can set my own schedule.
