This is Tam Clean! hello there I pay for Leads on this site. however I'm not here to give estimates you can find those easily by googling My rates are listed and here's why when I'm looking for something a service or a product I want to see what the prices right away that's the first thing I'm looking for and I appreciate the transparency and I hope you do too. with that in mind my prices are probably going to be lower or oftentimes to lower than what the app says so do ************** but I'm worth every penny I can tell you that. I do a great job and can back it up with my 3-year history or more with thumbtack , have maintained a high rating I believe it's 4.5 and I am a top cleaning pro on Thumbtack I'm only one person I'm I have a few openings I've been getting a lot of requests lately that aren't that and I pay a higher amount for people who say they are in need of a reoccurring cleaner. if you select 5 people to send an inquiry to all five people get a charge for that. I would prefer not to be in that group. also I respond to each and every inquiry. I really appreciate it if you respond with an answer rather than no answer at all I really value honesty and communication above anything else! So please be clear! There are a lot of Pro that will clean for you one time and do a good job thank you so much and have a great day. I carry liability insurance. I'm a veteran, and a one woman Army. Warm friendly but not overly talkative. I have sincere desire to get your approval and do a fantastic job. in addition if you haven't noticed my prices are reasonable and lower than most and I do a lot for the money so please bear that in mind thank you again I'm so glad that you checked me out today. 🙈 I want your feedback.
