We had our home re-insulated by Koala yesterday. We were nothing short of amazed. What an awesome company!!! From the sales consultant to the techs who came, thos company was kind, helpful and professional. Alex went a sbove and beyond in her communication with us before, during, and after the job was done. They did a thorough job on insulating our attic. In one day they removed all the old insulation. Then sealed the entire attic so we'd have no drafts. Then blew in new insulation and installed a new solar fan!They even sprayed a citrus disinfectant a couple times to keep any dust down. Afterwards, it was like they were never there. Everything cleaned and in place. As for the house, there is a dramatic difference inside. The house stays cool all day! With the insulation covering all the duct work, it seems a lot quieter when the A/C comes on. There's no smell of dust or signs of dust like before. We should've done this s long time ago. Thank you Koala Insulation for the great work done and the great price that came along with it!

Everyl is amazing! Spent more than an hour in my loft, inspected every inch. Found construction issues that was the issue. And said my insulation was more than adequate. Unlike a previous company. Everyl then connected me with a contractor to get a void space resolved. Left after 1.5 hours, no charge whatsoever! Amazing company, a rare gem!
