Josh did an excellent job of rekeying all my doors. He was quick and efficient and very reasonable, I had wanted a deadbolt lock installed on one of the doors but he was very honest with me & said it would not sit properly and would not lock the way it should. I offer a military, first responder, healthcare discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to evaluate the whole project together. For example we will walk the house to inspect the locks and hardware. At that point I’ll be able to determine the most cost effective way for the customer to achieve the results they want. I won’t leave until you are 100% satisfied.
