Introduction: After finishing my military time in 2001, I started my leadership development and speaking company. In that time, our company has grown to become one of the leaders in these two industries. We work with small to large size companies providing strategies, solutions and systems to help them grow, develop and deploy the leaders within their organizations. I am passionate about leadership. Leadership changed my life. Growing up in Compton, Ca, identified as an at-risk child, I found myself in a lot of trouble. Once I joined the Army, I received the foundation, tools and mentors that I needed to transform my life. Leadership and personal development played enormous roles in my success. In my almost two decades of working with leaders, I created the iLEADNow Leadership System. It has been used by organizations in almost 50 countries on four different continents. When I get feed back from our clients that their leaders are growing and developing, that is what brings me the most joy.

To whom it may concern, Edward Jones has integrated a long-term approach to our inclusion and diversity strategy encompassing four key areas of emphasis: Workforce, Culture, Marketplace, and Social Responsibility. As a member of the firm's Inclusion Council, my primary goal is to support the firm's strategic and tactical objectives through planning, aligning, and executing campus programing. This year, I was responsible for procuring a keynote speaker for this year's Inclusion and Diversity Week; my goal was to identify a reputable, engaging, and knowledgeable expert in regards to the subject matter. Based on a past observation of Dr. Moreland speaking at the Greater Phoenix Black Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards Reception, I knew that he would be a great fit. We were very fortunate to host Dr. William Moreland who effectively highlighted how to understand, appreciate, and embrace differences in order to compliment your overall growth objectives. Dr. Moreland was incredibly engaging and very effective in terms of captivating the audience. His unique ability to involve an audience while presenting is a prime differentiator in the arena of public speaking. Dynamic and transformational are just two words that describe Dr. Will. His role in motivating and training entrepreneurs and leaders on St. Maarten to achieve greater success was phenomenal.
