FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in clear, upfront pricing with no surprises. Most jobs are priced based on the scope of work, materials needed, and time involved. I’m always happy to provide a written estimate before starting. There are no hidden fees, and if something unexpected comes up, I’ll discuss it with you before moving forward. Discounts may be available for repeat customers or bundled projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen. I start by understanding exactly what you need and what your expectations are. Then I’ll ask a few clarifying questions, review photos or visit the site if needed, and provide an estimate. Once approved, we schedule the job at a time that works for you. I show up on time, complete the work professionally, clean up after myself, and make sure you’re satisfied before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on, real-world work. I’ve spent years learning through practical application, problem-solving on job sites, and working with tools, materials, and installations daily. This background has given me a strong understanding of quality workmanship, safety, and efficient solutions.
