What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system for my services. I offer a menu of options that lets the client pick and choose what is important to them. Some clients just want me to craft the perfect resume, others want me to be with them through the entire job search process. My clients can expect affordable prices and exceptional services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process involves a free consultation with the client to discuss goals and expected outcomes. From there I will send over some documents that will help me prepare the perfect resume and other job search documents. The client can expect to have a draft of their resume within 48hrs of returning any requested documents to me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of direct recruiting experience coupled with years of HR experience, to top it all off I have been a hiring manager for a Fortune 5 company for the last 5 years. So I know exactly what is needed to land the interview and can provide the coaching skills necessary to ace the interview and land the job. I guarantee my clients satisfaction from start to finish.
