Kyle knows what to do and diagnosed the pool heater problem and replaced with an OEM part promptly for a good price. So the next day seemed to not working again and texted. Completely different issue. No charge!! I offered. As it needed no parts- after troubleshooting it was a hung t-stat. Unit only 2 years old so kept the part rather than replacing it. Out of town company happy with heated pool and so are we. Incredible service. Would hire again.
