- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are not the cheapest you find on thumbtack but it is important to be careful with cheap prices. Typically cheap price means cheap chemicals which will lead to costly fixes down the road.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All services done by the technician are documented with pictures. These pictures are attached to your online account as well as emailed to you after the service is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in neuroscience and hold pest licenses in Arizona and Texas
