Last summer, I was struggling to find someone to clean up the yard at my Airbnb in Flagstaff and had a month-long guest coming the next week. I found people that were either fully booked or price gouging because they knew they were in high demand. Then I found Efrain. He was able to get to the yard within two days, quoted a fair price, did an outstanding job and completed the work on time. He now maintains the yard on a schedule and is just a pleasure to deal with - a quality guy. Highly recommend him!
