- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I offer custom parties and events, my prices vary greatly from one party to the next. This is why I offer FREE consultations to hammer out all the details. Then, I send a detailed quotes that can be modified until we have everything you want within your budget. Once a quote is agreed upon you can set-up payment arrangements but everything most be paid in full 30 days before your event to ensure enough time to order supplies and create if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I often attend trade shows, showcases and conferences to stay on top of trends.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone you can communicate and feel comfortable with. The most important way to insure you get just what you want is to communicate and not be afraid to tell them what you want and don't want.
