- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Service and diagnostic fee is Only $50, a fraction of others. We price consistently 20% to 30% lower then the blue book of appliance repair that most appliance repair companies price from. We are completely upfront about prices. Our customers know before the repair what it will cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers call or text, we answer questions and troubleshoot over the phone. Then we set up an appointment that meets their schedule, early morning, day or even evening appointments. Once are technician arrives he diagnoses the problem. Discusses options and prices. Then if the customer decides it is advantageous to continue we get factory manufactured OEM parts. We carry common parts on our truck. We also have a local part supplier, so most repairs can be finished within a day or two. After the repair is finished only then do we collect our fees. All repairs include a one year warranty of our labor, and the manufacturer warranty on parts. We have a money back guarantee for all of our repairs. It is easy to do business with us.

Our technician Leonard Mullen attend Appliance Repair School in 2011. He has always been an active member of Marcone Servicers Association advancing the field of appliance service by providing unsurpassed education and training.
