- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing competitive with no gimmicks. I believe in a very simple method of business. I work hard to ensure each customer is heard and try to make their vision of their event come to life. With that being said, I need customers to share what that vision is. Does it look like balloon hats on the men, roses in the hand of every lady, kids twisting their first balloon animal, or all of the above. Some want more of a balloon twister to make cool animals that will sit on table to be displayed for guests while roaming. Others want sword fights and bow and arrows flying in a big fun balloon battle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main focus is meeting the needs of a client. From ensuring I fulfill the vision that have for the event, to providing easy payment options. Once a client fills out the information form, I give them my availability and a quote. I follow up with them to learn more about the event and how I can help make it amazing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I excel at communication and have a passion for art and nature. Years ago, my mother asked me to pursue college coursework in Business and then turn to the arts if I could afford to. I now hold a degree in Business Management and have been pursing my passion in balloon art for 17 years. I will be forever grateful to my mom for her guidance in that moment.
