AirCastle Events made our party in Queen Creek a huge success! The water slide was spotless, looked exactly like the pictures, and the setup was fast and professional. The team was friendly, communicated throughout the process, and made everything easy. The kids spent hours playing and didn't want to get out. If you're looking for water slide or bouncehouserentals in Coolidge or nearby areas, I highly recommend AirCastle Events. We'll absolutely use them again for our next party!

Everyone had a blast in the bouncehouse and it was extremely clean! Booking was quick and easy. I can't say enough about their excellent customer service- super friendly, helpful and all my questions were answered promptly. They take care of their customers! Delivery and pick up was smooth which made it effortless for us! I would definitely recommend renting from AirCastle Events!

Our goal is to provide a stress-free, high-quality experience with transparent pricing and no hidden surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about the customer’s event, including the age group, location, party theme, and space available. From there, we recommend the best rental options and provide photos, pricing, and package suggestions. Once the customer selects their setup, we reserve the date with a deposit and handle delivery, setup, safety checks, and teardown so the customer can enjoy a stress-free event experience.
