Came out and diagnosed the issue I was having quickly. It ended up being a problem with a system they didn't have expertise in, so they recommended I contact the manufacturer of that system, then he didn't charge me since he couldn't fix it. Next time I have an issue, I'll be calling them!

I contacted We Fix It Friday morning and they were able to have someone out that afternoon. Daniel was my contact. He was professional, any time I reached out him, he responded in a timely manner. He was patient and thorough to any questions asked. Unfortunately need to replace unit. Daniel suggested a few options, shared their positive and negative features to help me decide which to go with. He was able to take care of financing and setting up date for install on the following Tuesday. The install went well. The two techs were super polite and were quick to answer any questions. If your in need of HVAC help. This is the place to check out. I'm sure you will be happy as well.
