I have never seen a tech come in, assess the situation and recitfy the problem with so much experienced-based knowedge and ability. It turned out my problem was a moden/router problem and very technical affecting all the printers on our 5 station network. Mr. Leon arrived same day, on time, completed the remedy below estimated time and cost, professional left me with all updated passwords, IP addresses etc. and followed up later.
