My fathers laptop was having some serious issues and I was looking everywhere for a local repair shop but all the reviews weren't so great.. I saw that Flat Rate Computer Guy had some amazing reviews and decided to give it a shot! When I showed up Ben was very professional and explained and showed me what the issue was right away! I was expecting to hear that the repair would be about a week but it was ready the next day! Overall very great service, inexpensive and great quality job :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a Flat Rate of $75 for labor. Repeat customers, students, and military(vets included) get $10 off. Parts are charged at cost, with no mark-up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just come on by! Diagnostics are always free. A quick call or text letting me know when you're on your way is always appreciated! I work out of my home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my certifications require me to renew them every 3 years. A huge part of the IT industry is keeping up with the latest and greatest.
