The technician provided outstanding service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of computerrepairs. From our initial conversation, he offered to let me drop off my computer the same day, which was an incredible help. He initially estimated the repair would be completed by the following day—already exceeding my expectations—but to my surprise, I received a call just over an hour later letting me know it was ready for pickup. Ben was very helpful. Called him and brought it to his house Saturday afternoon, explained my issues and, by Sunday Noon, he had it repaired, backed up and re-installed all my documents, pics etc. I picked it up and he explained the problems and how to keep them from re-occurring. So glad to find someone who is more then competent, reliable and easy to work with when I have pc issues. Thanks, Ben, Great job. John H

I contacted Ben after I dropped my computer. He took my computer, listened to my explanation of what was going on and within a hour he callled and told me what the actual problem was. He said he had to order a part and passed that price on to me and as soon as the part came in he fixed my computer. I had a really good experience with Ben and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. If I ever need a computerrepair again I would call him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a Flat Rate of $75 for labor. Repeat customers, students, and military(vets included) get $10 off. Parts are charged at cost, with no mark-up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just come on by! Diagnostics are always free. A quick call or text letting me know when you're on your way is always appreciated! I work out of my home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my certifications require me to renew them every 3 years. A huge part of the IT industry is keeping up with the latest and greatest.
