Introduction: My goal is to provide you with a service that completely fixes your problem so you don't have to call me back in the near future. I want you to feel like you can recommend me to people that you know, because that is the best business model in my opinion. If I can't fix it, then you don't pay. I genuinely like helping people and especially helping them understand what might have caused the computer problems they are experiencing.
