It's easy to give a good review when a professional comes and does a great job. Also easy to give a bad review when they do a poor job. But, what about if they don't get the job because of timing? True character comes out at that point. And when I spoke to Larry about going with another contractor, he was understanding and gracious. He didn't express frustration, but completely understood and was supportive. That shows character, that shows confidence in his services, and I'll definitely check his availability ahead of schedule next time (it was my last minute request that created the scheduling conflict).
