FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide upfront, flat-rate pricing based on the scope of work so you know the cost before any work begins. A $149 diagnostic fee applies for troubleshooting and service calls. This covers a full evaluation of the issue and a clear repair plan. For approved repairs over $500, the diagnostic is credited toward the work. All pricing reflects quality workmanship, proper materials, and installation in accordance with current electrical code.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs and schedule a visit if required. On-site, we perform a thorough evaluation and provide clear options for repair or installation. You will receive straightforward pricing and a clear plan before any work begins. Once approved, most work can be completed the same day. All work is completed cleanly, safely, and up to code.
