- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While our pricing is below the market average, our service is well above average! As a small local company, we simply don’t have the overhead that bigger companies have. This allows us to invest more into our service through more expensive products, higher mix rates, and better paid technicians. For example, our technicians are paid on average about 50% more than the industry average! Happy technicians means better service for you.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize in treating residential homes. We’ve helped many homes with scorpions, mice/rats, crickets, ants, silverfish and so much more!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Avoid contracts! Most pest control companies are very gimmicky in the way they “discount” their initial service. What’s really going on is they artificially inflate the price of that initial service, so they can “discount” it, THEN they use that “discount” as an obligatory contract and cancelation fee. We don’t do any of this! Our first service is the same price as each recurring visit. No gimmicks! Just reliable pest control.
