- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*Most pricing will be from an all inclusive estimated price breakdown. *Hourly rates are sometimes used when the details or materials are not fully known until further into the project. *Any Changes made after work has begun will be issued as a change order document and need to be signed. If there is a cost difference it will need to be paid in full prior to changes being made. *$95 hour x 1 Business Owner. *$125 hour x 1 Business Owner & 1 Worker *$150 hour x 1 Business Owner & 2 Workers Min. Service Fee $125
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Phone Call To Discuss Scope of Work. *(If Needed) Set Appointment to Inspect project/s and gather Detailed Specific Information to create an accurate Estimate. *Approve or Decline Estimate. *If/When Approved, schedule a date to start the work. *Collect a down Payment if Needed. *Complete Project. *Invoice & Collect Final Payment.
