Introduction: I have a family with 4 kids (3 sons) and started my business as a way to inspire them to see what hard work can achieve. Having owned and worked on residential homes for 14 years and no project is too small. If you need work done on/in your home or property you need to feel safe, comfortable and trust that the job will be done right. While my skills extend beyond the scope of my license, I do have quality licensed professionals in those areas that I contract with. It is important that corners not be cut when it comes to electrical and plumbing! When you hire me you get assurance that the job will be taken care of start to finish and will done done correctly. In 2023 I became a licensed Realtor so that I could take my philosophy of helping other to the area of real estate. With my background of working on home I am able to provide a unique perspective when it comes to home buying and selling. I also consult with people about their energy needs as it relates to solar or demand management devices.

I do my best to provide fair pricing which takes into account my skillset, knowledge, tools, overhead and travel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer is a new relationship and that operates both ways. I want my customers to trust me and feel confident that I will be their guy and have no concern referring me to their friends or family.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught however that has included relying on professionals myself over the years. If I don't know how to do something I immerse myself to find out how to do it. As a homeowner I have done extensive remodels including rewiring houses including main panel replacement/relocation (all inspected and permitted). If I am not confident in my abilities for a job I will help find someone else who can.
