SNK sent Chris to assemble our new Murphy bed, then attach it to the wall in our guest room. Outstanding work by Chris in a very timely good natured manner. Chris is also a great guy, besides having "needed skills". Our job was never finished over a year later after being told we were waiting for a part that was broken initially when shipped. We were told once the new part came in we would be contacted and despite multiple attempts, our messages are never returned and our project never finished even after paying over $10k.
