John Is possibly the best pro I have ever hired. I was so impressed with his knowledge of products and installation details. He gave valuable advice and helped me make decisions. His work is flawless and you can't beat his price. He even tore up carpet for no extra charge! This is an honorable man and was apparent from the first moment I met him. Never an issue with keeping his word on scheduling times and he is never late! What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as a carpenter 21 years ago and have experience in workshops and in residential homes. I have completed an apprenticeship of four years. I have completed programs in advanced stair making and advanced roofing in Europe. I have done various kitchen, bathroom, and flooring jobs. I also enjoy creative woodworking and have made things like rocking horses, doll houses, patio covers, and other from scratch projects.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started 16 years ago as a cabinet maker and a maker of bedroom furniture for a small workshop in Ireland. After 3 years, I went to roofing and framing work followed by finish carpentry and trim work.
