Had baseboards installed. Great experience, will keep their number for future jobs. I had them replace baseboards that were installed by someone else years age, a night and day difference, they look perfect!

John Is possibly the best pro I have ever hired. I was so impressed with his knowledge of products and installation details. He gave valuable advice and helped me make decisions. His work is flawless and you can't beat his price. He even tore up carpet for no extra charge! This is an honorable man and was apparent from the first moment I met him. Never an issue with keeping his word on scheduling times and he is never late! It was a pleasure having him in my home and I'm actually going to miss having him around with his delightful Irish brogue. Do not hesitate to hire John!

John did an incredible job on our vinyl flooring. He was timely and completed our job within a very tight time frame and even did 2 extra rooms after we saw how beautiful the floors looked. He was neat and cleaned up after himself each day. His price was reasonable and a good value. John was very personable and worked with us to pick out the right flooring and the accessories needed to complete the project. The response of people has been great as we covered older hardwood floors with vinyl plank. It made a huge transformation in the appearance of the house! I would recommend John for any flooring job as I think you will find him great to work with on your project

Our pricing is fair, competitive, and based on the scope of each project—not one-size-fits-all. Flooring installations are typically priced by the square foot, while repair and handyman services are quoted based on the work involved. You’ll always receive a clear estimate before any work begins, with no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to what the customer wants and discussing the best options for their project. Once I understand the scope, I provide a clear estimate with no surprises. I show up when scheduled, keep the work area clean, communicate throughout the job, and don’t consider the project complete until the customer is happy with the finished result
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a carpentry apprenticeship in Ireland and have over 20 years of hands-on experience in residential construction. During my apprenticeship, I also completed advanced roofing and advanced stair-making courses. Since then, I’ve worked on flooring, finish carpentry, doors, trim, remodeling, and residential repairs throughout Ireland, California, Washington, and Arizona. I continue to stay current with modern installation methods and building practices.
