- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $30.00 an hour. I've been told I could charge more money by some of my customers and people would be willing to pay it because my cleaning is that good. The standard home takes about three hours to clean. Additional detailed cleaning can add on more time. Such as wood floors, stainless steel appliances, glass shower doors etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually begin by asking a new customer how they would like things cleaned and if they would prefer a specific product used in the cleaning process. Because everyone is different on how they like things cleaned so my cleaning is tailored to their preferences. I enjoy getting to know my new customers. Many of current customers have become like my extended family. They are highly valued and important to me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've cleaned for all types of persons. Neat freaks and not so neat people. I've never had not even one dis-satisfied customer. Even my most particular customers love the way I clean their homes.
