- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do honor discounts for recurring service, Monthly -5% Biweekly-10% and Weekly -15% These discounts don't apply on the first clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I gather my info on the job, calculate an estimate, begin checking the calendar and finally book the clean if possible...upon arrival I work top to bottom and like to start with the master bedroom and work my way to the front door if possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
