- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on past experience. All my customers get the same quote for same type of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer views my quote and profile, I am available for any questions the customer may have. We then schedule a start time or if the customer needs any recommendations we set a view time where I come by and look at what needs to be done, at no cost. Once there I inform available options and recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended HVAC school where I learned all the basics for Mechanical and ELectrical. I have been in this line of work for many years.
